Essential oils are extracted directly from plants and have tremendous healing properties. They protect plants, against insects and harsh environments.

Lavender oil helps reducing stress and calms the skin. Rub two drops on your upper neck and temple area for headache relief. Also a great remedy for any sort of skin inflammation including cut, burn or scrape. Combine a few drops of lavender to coconut oil for the most soothing natural lotion!



Peppermint oil is everything energizing to the body and so if you have any sort of digestive issues try using peppermint oil to experience its great benefits. Just put a drop in your water and drink it. Or just smelling it is beneficial. Use a couple of drops in water as an effective natural mouthwash. if at any point during the day you need a quick energy boost just take three deep breaths of peppermint oil to wake you up – great to try before your next workout 🙂
