  • Protein Pancake Mix 60g
  • 15g Coconut Flour
  • 100ml Semi Skimmed Milk
  • Cherry CBD Oil (Your tolerance)
  • 2 Dark Chocolate Squares Melted
  • Handful of Raspberries
  • 5-10g Cocoa Powder

  1. Mix all of your dry ingredients together until they are all equally incorporated.
  2. Little by little add the milk to the mixture until you have a thick pancake batter which you can just about pour (it should be thick)
  3. I like to add my CBD oil at this moment, mix thoroughly.
  4. In order to create the perfect circular shape, you can purchase a circular mould which you can place on your oiled frying pan.
  5. Pour the batter into the mould, and wait for little air holes to form on the surface of the pancake batter in the pan.
  6. Remove the circular mould and flip your pancake.
  7. Repeat until you run out of batter.
  8. Finish your stack with melted chocolate and fruit of choice.
