Recipe: CBD-Infused Chocolate Protein Brownies

The festive season is in full swing and that means an increase in sweet treats! If you’re looking for an indulgent chocolatey treat infused with the goodness of CBD then, we’ve got a treat for you.

Full ingredients list:

  • 220g Banana (Not overly ripe)
  • 120g Smooth Honey
  • 100g Natural Peanut Butter
  • 40g Coconut Flour
  • 40g Plain Flour
  • 30g Whey Protein Chocolate Flavour
  • 10g Love Hemp CBD Chocolate Balls
  • Optional Oreo

  • Protein – 6g
  • Carbohydrates – 18g
  • Fats – 5g
  1. Firstly grab yourself a large mixing bowl, fork and favourite wooden spoon.
  2. In the large mixing bowl, add your banana and mash with your fork (you can pre-cut your banana to make this easier)
  3. Add in the remaining peanut butter/honey to your banana
  4. Using your wooden spoon, fully mix until the ingredients are incorporated evenly.
  5. Then gradually begin to add all of your dry ingredients to the banana, honey and peanut butter (excluding the Love Hemp chocolate balls, we will be using these later)
  6. You shouldn’t need any additional liquid so be patient and continue to fold the mixture until everything has turned a deep rich chocolately brown colour
  7. Once your happy with the consistency, grab yourself a 9x9 brownie tin and line with greaseproof paper
  8. Spray the tin lightly with non-stick cooking spray
  9. Carefully pour in your mixture and sprinkle on the Love Hemp chocolate balls
  10. Place the tin into the middle of oven and bake for 13 minutes 160-170° (this will vary depending on the size of the tin and heat of the oven)
  11. Check on the goods regularly, you want the top to be cooked however the insides to be moist and a little gooey.
  12. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes
  13. Cut into squares.
  14. Enjoy!
