Will CBD help me with my illness?
All our products are sold as food supplements only to help promote everyday wellbeing. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Are CBD and THC the same thing?
We’d like to clear something up. As the two main ingredients in the cannabis plant, it can be easy to confuse CBD and THC. But other than both being called cannabinoids, they are not the same thing. High levels of THC are commonly found in the popular plant but less so in the case of CBD. It makes sense, then, that THC can send you soaring on a high while CBD is reassuringly non-psychoactive.
Is CBD Hemp Oil legal?
Yes, CBD Hemp Oil is legal in the EU and US, so fear not.
How does cannabidiol/CBD oil work?
CBD doesn’t contain the same psychoactive properties as THC meaning it can be ingested without the side effects usually associated with marijuana or cannabis. So it’s not hard to see why it’s fast becoming a popular addition to people’s daily and dietary supplements.
What is the best method of ingestion?
It depends entirely on what product you purchase from our shop but everything comes with its own dedicated set of instructions to make ingestion as simple as possible. From balm that you apply to your lips and gum you chew to capsules you swallow with water to liquid you drop under your tongue, there’s something to suit everyone. Meaning our products fit nice and easily into your life.
What is the safety of cannabidiol and your Hemp CBD oil? Are there negative side effects?
All our products go through stringent production processes. CBD is generally well tolerated and considered safe, but it may cause adverse reactions in some people. reported side effects on high dose CBD may include a dry mouth, and drowsiness. Lowered blood pressure can also be an issue for those whose blood pressure is already low – either naturally or as a result of medication. If you are already on any medication or experience any adverse side effects after taking our products, please consult your doctor.
Why are hemp derived cannabidiol/CBD oil products so expensive?
Fine wine. Exotic foods. They’re both expensive because the best of them are usually imported from other countries. The same is true of our CBD products. Imported from the EU and US, we need to cover costly shipping fees to get them to us, not to mention the associated taxes. Prior to that, all our CBD products need to go through extensive manufacturing processes, from extracting the exclusive oil from the hemp plants initially to testing its potency and purity (multiple times) before it is finally packaged up and sold to us. All of which means it is expensive to produce. With that in mind, our prices are some of the most competitive on the market, bringing you premium CBD products at reasonable rates.
Will I get ‘high’?
Good question. Unlike THC, the dominant marijuana compound that does cause a high, CBD does not contain the same psychoactive properties. For you, that means the safe and secure use of CBD, able to harness its benefits while being in complete control.
What do you mean when you say a cannabis strain or product is “CBD-rich” or “CBD dominant?”
This means that we’re talking about the good stuff, the strains of cannabis that have more CBD than THC, or very little THC at all. So you enjoy all of the goodness and none of the nastiness.
Does CBD interact with other food supplements or medications?
As always, you should consult with your doctor prior to taking any new supplements or medications to ensure there are no conflicts in their effects on your system.
How do I make CBD-rich brownies or other CBD-infused edibles?
Making your ingestion of CBD tastier by baking it in a brownie or other sweet treat isn’t uncommon. Simply infuse your oil into the olive oil that you are using to bake with for the best results.
